Guest Wireless Access Use Policy

 Wireless network and services (the “Services”) are provided by Advance Stores company, Incorporated (“Advance”) for use at Advance Auto Parts retail locations. Your use of the Services is subject to this Guest Wireless Access Policy (the “Policy”). By accessing and using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of the Policy; if you do not agree to the Policy, do not access the Services.

Advance may modify this Policy without notice. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the then-current Policy. You are responsible for reviewing the Policy before you access the Services on each occasion.  

Use of the Services

The Services are provided as a convenience only, and Advance reserves the right to discontinue the Services at any time, without notice, in its sole discretion. 

You will not use the Services for any illegal, malicious, inappropriate or harmful purposes. You will not use the Services in a manner that could interfere with the functioning of the Services, with the use and enjoyment of the Services by any other person(s), or with any other networks. Advance reserves the right to block your device(s) from accessing the Services at any time without notice, permanently or temporarily, as determined by Advance in its sole discretion. 

Advance reserves the right to block sites and content that Advance deems to be inappropriate, including but not limited to gambling sites, sites containing adult content, sites promoting violence or illegal content, or streaming services.

ADVANCE MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE AVAILABILITY AND YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING WITH RESPECT TO THE SECURITY OF THE SERVICES. BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD ADVANCE HARMLESS FOR ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGES THAT MAY RESULT FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Advance is not responsible for and disclaims all liability for any content accessed, transmitted, uploaded, or downloaded while you are connected to the Services, including for any data or content that is lost, disrupted, destroyed or displayed. Advance disclaims all liability for your ability or inability to access sites or content while using the Services.

Privacy Policy

Advance may collect certain information regarding your device and activity while connected to the Services. By accessing and using the Services, you agree to Advance’s Privacy Policy . 

You agree that the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, will govern this Policy and any dispute that may arise out of your access to or use of the Services.
